Utilities and Pipeline

Our attorneys have extensive experience advising consumers, gas utilities, and gas and crude oil pipeline operators regarding sophisticated state and federal regulatory matters. We regularly prosecute and defend complaints over rate, transportation, discrimination, and quality of service issues. We handle all aspects of rate cases before municipalities and the Texas Railroad Commission. We assist our clients with classification issues and represent them before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
